How To Request A Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please carry out the following instructions;

Return Authorisation: You will receive a return authorisation and further instructions for returning your product. Please do not send back any products without prior authorisation.

Package Your Return: Properly package the product to prevent damage during shipping. Please include a copy of your original receipt in the package.

Return Shipping: Patriah will provide a prepaid return shipping label for any confirmed defective or incorrect items. For all other refund requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please follow the same steps above for requesting a return. The exchange will be processed after we receive the returned item.
